I am looking forward to being of help to you. I am experienced
in working with clients who have experienced trauma and childhood abuse, as well as domestic abuse. I am experiened
in working with relationship problems and providing couples counseling, and marriage therapy or counseling. I have
a special interest in attachment disorders in all ages. (I work with individuals of all ages). Diagnoses include
PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, generalized anxiety disorder, bereavement,
autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and panic disorder, among many more. There are many who just are going
through a difficult time in their lives and need a little coaching or support. Please don't hesitate to contact me!
There is a huge need for the services of mental health therapists in
all parts of our country and the rest of the world. Oftentimes there is a long wait before a counselor, therapist, or community
mental health organization has an opening. It is often very difficult to obtain an evening or weekend appointment and
for many people it is impossible to leave their place of employment, or in the case of a stay at home caregiver, impossible
to find a private and quiet time in one's busy day to obtain the help they need and to find a professional person to talk
with about their concerns.
You may have medical barriers to traveling to a therapist's office, and
many people with panic attacks can rarely make it to the therapist's office without experiencing further panic.
I provide play therapy for children ages 4 to adolescence. While providing
play therapy for your child, you will receive twice-monthly reports that describe what play therapy is accomplishing
and an individual service plan that sets goals and objectives for treatment.
This service is provided by a state licensed, Master's level Clinical Counselor
(LCPC) with 10 years experience in the field. I am a private practitioner who is a certified in-network provider
for most insurances including Medicaid, Medicare, MaineCare, Anthem, BC/BS, CIGNA, TriCare, GreenSpring and others.
